Life Story

Eliashiv was born in Dolev as the youngest son of his parents Avi and Orna.

He learnt in the elementary school in Dolev and from 9 th grade he learnt in the Bnei Binyamin
yeshiva high school in Bet El.
He was a member of and was active in the Bnei Akiva youth movement in Dolev.
After finishing high school, he went to learn in the Ayelet HaShachar yeshiva in Eilat in which
he learnt for a year and a half, until his last moments.
Eliashiv volunteered in the "Kav L'Chaim" non-profit organization and during his last year he
was responsible for the logistical side of the yearly summer camp in Dolev and led it in the
best possible way.
His outstanding qualities included his strong love for Israel and he used to go on many hikes
all over the country and loved taking amazing pictures of its views.
He was beloved by his friends, by G-d and all people.
On Erev Shabbat, the 10 th of Shvat 2012, Eliashiv went on a hike to the Dolev Stream in the
landscape of his youth that he so loved. The tractor on which he was riding turned over.
Eliashiv was fatally wounded and died of his wounds. He left his parents and 5 siblings.
